A name, location, or other term entered into a sponsored search box goes directly to the outside provider that operates that tool. This site does not store or log those search terms on its own system. The provider’s privacy terms govern its handling of the query.
A message or email sent to us may include a name, email address, and anything the sender chooses to write. It is kept as needed to answer the message and manage the exchange. It is not shared outside the organization unless the sender asks us to do so or disclosure is required by law.
